Attendance

• A student is counted absent when she is not in the building at 9:50 a.m.
• Parents should contact the office before 9:30 a.m. by emailing Debbie.Reece@kellerisd.net or calling the office at 817.744.4600 to let the office staff know your child will be absent.
• When your child returns, please send them with a doctors note or a parent note explaining the reason for their absence. It should include the child's full name and date(s) of absence.
• Students who are not in the building by 7:55 am will be counted tardy. 

 

Make-up Work

Make-up work will be sent home when the child returns to school.

Students will:

• Receive their make-up work from their teacher when they return.
• Have the same number of days as the number of days absent to make up their class wok.
